Is it really scary?
The haunt is really scary, like for real, we are not kidding.  But you probably won't die...

Do I need to print my tickets?
We are in the woods, real, dark, woods...  We recommend you print or screenshot your tickets in case phone reception does not work and we are not able to scan your smartphone.  Also, it is advisable to bring some cash in case the phone/internet service does not work during your visit.

Are there discounts for children or groups?
In 2023, there are no discounts for children.  In 2024, we will have a more children friendly haunted path if they do not want to go through the main attraction haunts, there will be discounted tickets for children under 10 for the "Spooky Trail" and the Midway Area.  All groups 15 and larger will automatically receive a $10 per ticket General Admission discount in the Cart when you go to purchase your tickets.

We assign every ticket a special code number, good for the day of purchase unless there is a unforeseen reasons to close the haunt such as inclement weather or alien invasion.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  You will be sent an one time use bar code for your tickets.

How many times can I go through each haunt?
Your ticket price includes 1 entrance to each haunt in operation that night.

Can I get my money back?
No, as with most large events, there are no refunds under any circumstances.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL

What if I get scared and I do NOT make it through the haunted house?
You paid us to scare you, we have done our job.  There are no refunds if you or a member of your party are too scared to get through a haunted house.

How long is the wait in line?
Our wait times will depend on the number of people who purchase tickets in your time slot.  We will be using a timed-ticketing system, so please plan to arrive about 15 minutes before you time to enter the haunt.  Earlier in the evening will have the least amount of wait times.  Once a time slot is sold out, there will not be any more tickets sold for that time slot. VIP tickets get you the fastest entry with little to no wait time.

Is the haunt handicap accessible?
We are an outdoor haunt with outdoor trails, while the trail width is plenty wide, the surface can be difficult to travel on, especially for those who have difficulty walking on uneven surfaces and those in wheelchairs.  We do have plans to make the haunt more handicap accessible in the future.  Send us a message and discuss your needs, we will see if we can arrange a tour that fits your requirements.

Is there security?
Yes, we will have security staff and off-duty police officers on site for your safety as well as High Definition night-vision security cameras located throughout the park.  If you get caught misbehaving, you will be removed from the park and could be banned for life.

Can we take photos/video?
No photos, cellphones, or videos of any kind are allowed inside of any of the haunts.  If caught taking photos/videos inside of the haunts, you will be asked to leave and escorted out of the park NO REFUNDS.  Photos and videos are allowed outside of the haunts in the midway area and on the trail from the admission/security area.

Can I bring a purse, backpack, bag, or other similar item into the park?
No, we will send you back to your car with the item, as you may not carry anything in your hands or on your body into the park.  Small wallets will be allowed in once checked by security for weapons.

Do you charge for parking?
We have limited free parking at this time, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your ticket time.  We are thinking of having the local Volunteer Fire Department handle parking for a donation to their cause.

How long does it take to walk through the haunt?
This is a hard question to answer.  It depends on you, some people will try to run through, while others will take their time.  Don't run and you will be in the haunt longer.  If the mosters get you, you might never get out...

Do you have strobe lights, fog, or other special effects?
Yes, you may experience strobe lights, laser lights, theatrical fog, or other special effects.  Though we try to limit how much strobe lights are used.  We strongly suggest those who may have epilepsy, asthma, heart issues, are pregnant, or have other health issues not attempt to go through the haunts.  Please consult your physician to see if you can go through, we do not want you to get hurt.

How big of a group will go through?
We try to keep the maximum group sizes to 6 people to better your experience.  During busy nights, group sizing may increase. You may catch up to the next group depending on your speed.  Please keep moving forward as this may happen on busy nights.

Will you touch us, or can we touch you?
Our monsters will not physically touch you themselves but may possibly touch you with an object like a feather.  Please do not touch them.  Occasional incidental or unintentional contact may occur.  We will get very close, but we will try our best not to touch you.

I get scared and sometimes punch people when scared...is that OK?
Our advice is not to go to a haunted house or keep your hands in your pockets.  You are paying us to scare you.  If you punch any of our monsters, we will see it on video and you could be criminally charged with assault.  We are serious, do not assault our actors!!!

Are there live animals, reptiles, or insects inside?
Well, none that we have placed there.  We are located in real woods, so there could be real creatures in those woods.  We have personally seen deer, raccoons, foxes, bobcats, skunks, opossum, armadillos, mice, snakes, rabbits, numerous types of birds, and coyotes on the property.  Our neighbors have said they have seen wolves and cougars.  These animals are rare and will typically avoid people.  These are real woods, there could be real things in them so stay on the designated trails and you should stay safe.

Can I bring a dog, cat, or other pet?
No, our environment is dark, loud, and full of sudden motions and noises.  It is not a place any pet/animal would enjoy to visit.

Can I bring a baby?
A baby is sort of like a pet you cannot leave outside or unattended.  Until we open the "Spooky Trail" no one under the age of 5 will be allowed to enter the park.  You cannot carry a child, if they are too young or unable to walk, you will be asked to leave, period.  We do not offer refunds under any circumstances if you are asked to leave.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards.  We strongly advise to purchase tickets in advance online, as we are located in the woods and phone/internet service may not work.  In that case, we will only be able to accept cash during those times.

Can we be denied access, or asked to leave the park?
YES!  We will not allow any foul language, obscene behavior, alcohol, drugs, smoking, weapons, etc...  We reserve the right to refuse admittance to anyone we deem not appropriate for entry.   Kids acting like jerks ruining the experience for others will be asked to leave and escorted out by the police.

Can I bring a gun or knife into the park?
NO!  We do not allow any weapons inside of the park, this includes concealed carry permit holders. Please leave your weapons locked in your car or at home.  Armed police/security will be on scene if the need for them arises.

Can I wear a costume?
Yes, costumes are allowed inside the park.  But, you will be denied entry into the park if you show up wearing a mast or face costume makeup.  If found in the park with a mask or facial costume makeup you will be immediately removed from the park by police with NO REFUNDS.
